In the past, almost every boutique sold disposible single-use cameras and 35mm film stock behind the counter, although with the advance of digital photography these are becoming more and more confined to the main photography stores.
Memory cards and batteries are available to buy, but prices are likely to be higher than you'd pay elsewhere. If you need a particularly expensive memory card, replacement battery or other accessory whilst you're at the resort, consider visiting the Val d'Europe International Shopping Centre, just one stop away on the RER train.
